I have a keen interest in web site development and have implemented several sites.
While I worked in Nortel on my placement year I created an information system aimed at allowing a site in Canada to query live data from our production in Monkstown. This involved writing data capture and reporting software, and to ensure platform independance I used a web server to query the data and produce the results in html output.
