The weather has been good, and the work continuing, and now its almost complete. One gable wall, and some internal walls need finished, after that we should be ready for the roof. [more]

The brickies returned Monday to finish off, just some upstairs walls and the top of one gable to build. They also did a big tidy up, clearing any debris left from the build.

The trusses are coming for the roof tomorrow, and so is the crane. Hopefully the weather will be alright for this, wind and rain wouldn't be much fun!

Doeys of Dunloy came today to measure up for the windows, so they are all ordered, and should be ready for just after the Christmas holidays.

Work has continued over the last couple of weeks at the roof. Almost all the facia is on, and I would think felt is ready to go on as soon as the holidays are over.

The electrician came round yesterday afternoon to mark out where we want our sockets etc, so within 3 hours we had those all marked.
