The contractor was here today to lay ducting and soil pipes which go below the sub-floor.

Not much change here, but a lot of filling has arrived for the inside of the house. It looks like good topsoil, but it is actually just dried clay. The view from the rear gives an idea of the finished ground level.

The foundations have set, and the construction of the footings is underway
